Most state health codes strictly prohibit the return of used cylinders. On a case by case basis we may take a return on an unused item in exchange for another pump or different size cylinder. However, the Customer must contact us by phone or email for a return authorization prior to shipping the item back to us.

440-1465. Per the Federal Trade Commission Mail Order Act, if the product has already been shipped at the time of order cancellation the customer is liable for all shipping fees as well as the restocking fees. There is a 15% restocking fee for orders placed and then canceled.
Credit Cards are billed at the time we ship your order. Shipments are made FOB plus freight. ErectileDysfunctionPumps.com guarantees all of our products against defects in materials for a period of one year (Excluding normal wear and tear or damage from abnormal use). Should any of our products fail during the warranty period, we will repair or replace them (at our discretion) for a nominal shipping and handling fee of $5.95 (Note that this guarantee does not apply to pumps used in a wet environment).
